Dashboard for restaurant groups with multiple locations
If you run two, four or ten locations, the dashboard you need brings the POS, bookings, time tracking, accounts and reviews of all of them into one place, and lets you ask on the spot which location is doing worst this week and why. That's what we build: your usual data, organised, and an AI you ask like you'd ask your best manager.
Four locations, four screens, and the numbers arrive on Monday
Each location has its own POS, its own booking system, its own staff rota and its own accounts. They all store good data, but none of them talk to each other. To know whether the new location is doing better or worse than the old one, someone has to open four screens, add things up by hand and find the time to do it.
That time usually comes on Monday, with last week's numbers already cold. One slow Tuesday is a coincidence; three slow Tuesdays in a row with more staff hours than needed is a trend. The difference between the two is seeing it as it happens or a month later.
With one location, the owner notices because they're there. With several, they can't be everywhere at once, and the data has to do that job for them.

The questions you could ask your data
“Which location is doing worst this week compared with its own average, and why?”
It compares each location's POS sales with its recent weeks and tells you whether it's fewer guests, a lower average ticket or one specific shift.
“How many staff hours does each shift cost compared with what it sells?”
It combines time tracking with sales by time slot and flags the shifts with more hours than the takings justify.
“How are we doing against the same month last year, location by location?”
It compares sales, covers and average ticket with the previous year, using the same holiday calendar.
“Where have reviews dropped in the last two weeks, and what do they say?”
It reads new Google and Tripadvisor reviews, groups them by location and sums up what people are complaining about.
“Which dishes sell a lot but leave little margin?”
It crosses what you sell with what each dish costs and shows you the ones worth reviewing on the menu or in price.
“Are we hitting this month's target at each location?”
It puts what you've sold so far against the target and tells you how much you need each remaining day to get there.
How it works, in three steps
- 1
We bring your data into one place
We connect the POS, bookings, time tracking, accounts and reviews of each location and organise what each one stores, so a sale, a customer or an hour of work means the same thing everywhere. Your programs stay as they are and your team keeps working the same way.
- 2
We check that the numbers add up
Before showing you anything, we cross-check the figures against your own programs and your accounts. If something doesn't match, we find it and explain why. Deciding with a wrong number is worse than not having one.
- 3
You ask it like you'd ask a trusted manager
You type the question in your own words, from your phone or computer, and the answer comes back with your numbers and where they come from. Each person sees only what concerns them: the owner sees everything; a manager, their location or branch.
A real case
A group of four restaurants, told from the owner's side
We work with a group of four restaurants that looked at its numbers every day and still couldn't say on the spot which location was doing worst. Each location ran its POS, bookings, staff and accounts in different programs.
Today all four locations are in one place. The owner asks how each location is doing, how much staff it had compared with what it sold and what the reviews say, and the answer comes back with their numbers. Decisions that used to wait until Monday are made the same day.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my POS or booking system?
Your programs stay as they are. We read the data from each one and bring it together somewhere else, so your floor and kitchen teams keep working exactly the same way.
Does it work if each location uses a different program?
Yes, and it's the most common situation in a group that has grown over time. That's exactly why the data needs bringing together: we organise each location's data so they can all be compared.
From how many locations does it make sense?
You notice it from the second location, when the owner can no longer be everywhere at once. The more locations and programs, the more time it saves every week.
Who can see the data?
Each person logs in with their own user and sees what concerns them: the owner, the whole group; a manager, their location. The platform runs on a server dedicated to your company.
What if the AI can't answer something?
It tells you. If a piece of data is missing or a program doesn't store it, the answer explains that instead of making up a number. And every figure says where it comes from, so you can check it.
What happens in the 30-minute diagnosis?
You tell me which programs your locations use and what you'd like to know every week. I show you which questions you could answer with that data and where we would start.
